There are a LOT of comics out there, and getting attention for them can be really hard. So I wanted to create a series that highlights some of my favorite books - from tried and true classics, to great books that I feel are a little overlooked by the public at large. I’ll be sneaking a couple of my own in there, too.
Besides writing comics, I also love to cook (and eat). My dad used to own restaurants, and I’ve spent a lot of time in kitchens, both commercial and at home. I’m no chef, so hey, don’t go looking for Top Chef-level knife skills or anything like that - but my food tastes awesome, and I love making it. So that’s what counts. |
